Running a shelter or rescue takes passion, running a successful organization takes strategy, sustainable funding, and efficient operations. I work exclusively with animal welfare organizations, helping raise funds, streamline operations, strengthen programs, and engage communities.

With over a decade of hands-on experience leading and growing animal welfare organizations, I’ve helped raise millions of dollars, optimize operations, and strengthen programs.

About Me
I started my career in the hospitality industry, holding the roles of Director of Revenue and Director of Operations. In 2011, I co-founded an animal rescue, this decision changed my life, for the better. In 2020 I became a certified fund raising manager through the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
I understand first hand, the challenges animal welfare organizations face. I’ve led an all-volunteer, suburban rescue and an urban stray-holding facility. I’ve helped nonprofits strengthen their fundraising, streamline operations, and expand their impact. Along the way, I'm proud to have been recognized as a Champion of Philanthropy, included in “Sixteen People to Know,” and featured on the cover of two business leader publications. I have dedicated my life to improving the lives of animals.
Pogo, my dog is my best friend, we go everywhere together! When I’m not working you'll find me playing trivia or planning my next trip.
