How are you different from other coaches?  I have done this work. I understand the challenges of animal welfare - the compassion fatigue, the resource constraints, the emotional weight of the mission. I bring strategic thinking and empathy. We will find solutions that fit your organization, community and values.

How do I know if I need your services?  If you're feeling stuck, like your working hard with without getting the results you want, you're short on money and time, that's often a sign that outside perspective can help. Common reasons organizations reach out: high staff/volunteer turnover, funding challenges, stagnant adoption numbers, or just knowing things could be better, but being unsure of where to start.

How much do your services cost?  You will notice that my pricing is lower than most coaches, this is not a reflection of the value of my work, but of my passion to help more animals.  Retainers, and  1 on 1 coaching is priced based on your needs. Workshops start at $89. The majority of people I work with, say that my services very quickly pay for themselves.
